Thomas Allen Banach died peacefully on June 28, 2024. Thomas was born on April 17, 1968 to Thomas E. and Silvia (Roesler) Banach.
Thomas graduated from Dunkirk High School in 1987. After graduation Tom moved to Daytona Beach, Florida where he started to learn and master bartending at a local resort. Tom's polite and professional attitude served him well as his knowledge and experience would prove to be useful upon his return to Dunkirk.
In 1990, Thomas returned to Dunkirk and started working at the Dunkirk Conference Center on Route 5. While working at the conference center, an opportunity to change careers occurred. Thomas began working at Jamestown Electric Supply on Howard Ave in Dunkirk. While working at Jamestown Electric he became friends with Steve Ulmer of Davis-Ulmer Fire Protection Co. This friendship ended up leading to a bartending job at Ralph Wilson Stadium in the Davis-Ulmer suite in the Jim Kelly Club. This second job was very enjoyable for Tom and he made many contacts that helped him with his full time job at Jamestown Electric.
Years later Tom retired early due to a back injury while on the job. From then on he supported friends, helped anytime he could and was always there to listen. Tommy will be missed by many friends from all over the country and especially from Dunkirk.
Tom is survived by his father Thomas E. Banach; uncle Tim Banach, brother-in-law Dave Nadeau and many friends.
Preceding Tom is his mother Silvia (Roesler) Banach; sister Kelly (Banach) Nadeau and an uncle, Gary Banach.
