Marvin A. Waterman, Jr.

Marvin A. “Butch” Waterman Jr., age 65, passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 5,

2025 at home. Born in Dunkirk on September 4, 1959, he was the husband of the late Sheila “Shelly”

(Smith) Waterman. 

He is survived by his children Ashley (Waterman) Beardsley, Jacob

Kelley, Olivia Waterman, Jade Waterman, and Megan Waterman, his sister Pat

(Waterman) Miller, and his brother Jim Waterman.

Butch loved his kids more than anything in the world (except maybe his Harley).

Whether you needed a new roof or a ride to work, you could count on Butch. He will be

greatly missed. 

A celebration of life will take place later this year. Arrangements by McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home; 736 Central Avenue, Dunkirk, NY. Interment will be held in private.
