Eulogio Ortiz

He was born Sept. 13, 1924 in Vieques, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Gabina Ramos.

Eulogio had been em-ployed at Dunkirk Radiator and also worked at various farms in the area.

Survivors include his niece, Evelyn Ortiz-Alamo (Jose) of Boynton Beach, Fla.; his nephew, Hector (Silva) Ortiz of Carlisle, Pa.; two grandchildren: Madeline Melendez-Rivera (Jose) of Dunkirk, and Edwin P. (Lori) Figueroa of Jamestown.

Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Providencia Ortiz; daughter, Nemesia San-chez; son, Leoncio Sanchez; granddaughter, Jacqueline Melendez; and brother, Cecilio Ortiz.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in St. Anthony Cemetery, Fredonia.
